Re: USS Hartford Personnel 1864

I am the Rochester, N.H. City Historian and I have been asked to do a military history of JAMES RAMSBOTTOM, a.k.a.: CHARLES MELVILLE, who served as an O.S. and Cannoner on Admiral Farragut's Flagship the U.S.S. Hartford during the Battle for Mobile Bay. For his actions that day he was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor: Rochester's only such recipient. I have most of his military records already, however, what I am really looking for is a photograph, picture or other true likeness of him, that the City wishes to hang in City Hall. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and trouble on my behalf. I anxiously await your reply.
Historically,
Richard D. Longo,
Rochester City Historian
