I've seen a list of officers, petty officers and crew for the Kearsarge included in D D Porter's Naval History of the Civil War. They are on pages 655-56. You can download a copy from Google books.
Not the original documents that you may be looking for, but perhaps a good starting point or valuable cross reference.
