I am looking for information on two Confederate sailors. Wiley Proctor b:1836 and d:1864 and William Gallagher enlisted in 1861 in Co. E, 8th AL Regt and transferred to the confederate Navy.m Any help on finding the vessels these men may have served on would be very much appreciated.
