I am looking for a picture of col.william a. howard of the 1st new york marine artillety and was wondering if anyone had the book Colonels in Blue, Union Army Colonels of the Civil War, New York that they could check and see if his picture is in it.I would like to know if he is in there before I spend $60 and he's not there.Thanks
