Is there any place once can submit a name of a person who was in the Civil War to see if there is a picture on file?
I am looking for a picture of Dennis Allord from the state of New York. He enrolled on the 25th. of Sept. 1861 in Company B of the 112th. Regiment of U.S. Infantry, under commander Captain Frederick Winthrop. Dennis Allord lived on Brookdale Rd., Winthrop, Stockholm, New York. Any help or direction would be appreciated. Thanks. D.A.
