Newport News,Va. The Civil War News-Conservators with the Mariner's Museum have completed work on artifacts recovered from the wreck of the Civil War ironcld USS Monitor. A cannon ball fuse, three soldering heads and a fire hose fitting join the growing list of conserved artifacts from the Monitor!
