I might just quibble there -- Yard or Station (I've seen it listed both ways in my research) I'm really interested in the construction ways. I've seen a few photos on a website (sorry can't remember which one right now) that I'm considering purchasing if I can't find them in the national archieves. I've seen the photos in the IOW -- even seen one of Fort D. @ Cairo -- but I'm really interested in illustrating this article with a few shots just to make it look better and possibly look to future publication in some magazine. I've gone through the O.R.'s and am even looking for local newspapers but the information is so scattered that it is almost impossible to track. Any suggests welcome and "thank you" for the response.
