Your information you provide is accurate except I could find no instance of battery members being sent to Cobb's Kentucky Battery. I looked on several sites concerning Cobb's Battery and they do not mention this occurring. For that matter, neither does the sites I read mention Hart's Battery members being assigned to Cobb's Battery. Also, nothing is said in the Official Records about this, although the court martial findings which found the 6 or 7 members innocent does appear in the OR's.
