The NA Microfilm index show Capt. Hoskins' Battery, Light Artillery to be in M269: Compiled Service Records of Confederate Soldiers Who Served in Organizations From the State of Mississippi, in the index under the "14th Battalion, Light Artillery, Roll 92 followed by 8 other units, then roll 96, Capt. Hoole's Co., Light (Hudson Battery) H-Y, followed by Capt. Hoskins's Battery Light Artillery (Brookhaven Light Artillery).

There were only two men listed with the surname starting with the initial 'B', neither were from Hoskins' Battery. Most of the men listed seem to be from the following group, Capt. Kitterll's Co., Artillery.

I have access to the American Research CW Database which shows a roster of 179 men in the unit. Let me know if you want a lookup.
