80 lb 6.4" Parrott type II short shell?

Greetings,

I have a slightly unusual CW shell I got at a Antique dealer's place & he got it with the rest of a monument display at Gettysburg. Now he had the statue, a bunch of 50 lb round ball shells and this shell there. He said they were all disarmed when they were made into a monument display & i had no reason to doubt him as all the round balls had been emptied. But this shell was whole, no drilled holes and the fuse was intact. So is it really disarmed? is my first question. No, the fuse won't unscrew.

My second question is is it really an 80lb short shell Parrott 6.4" bore? The fuse looks slightly different and the overall height is 1/4" shorter it is supposed to be. Also the appearance of it looks a bit more pointed than the ones I have seen pics of.
I had tried to sell it on ebay but then realized people were worried about it being diffused & I had called it a 100 pound long shell by mistake so I ended tthe auction early.

Stats:
It is 15.5" high
6.30" wide
weighs exactly 74.0 lbs
fuse 1.375" wide x .47" high
rabbited brass sabot
zinc? percussion fuse
