I have recently purchased a replica of a 6" cannon complete with limber. I am giving this to my Father-in-law for christmas. My question is::
one of the pieces doesnt fit.. it appears to me to be the single tree that would attach to the front of the limber for the horses to attach to. At one end it has a large ring attached;as if for the ranes. at the other end it looks like it could be used as a wheel chock:: it is milled down flat and graduatesinto three steps to bring it even with the rest of the piece.
someone please help....
