These were "THE" guns that made Forrest artillery famous. With these guns he captured and defeated the Union gunboats and fort at Johnsonville. With these guns they made swiss cheese out of the blockhouses that guarded the railroads. With these guns they attacked without infantry support Union troops at Brice's Crossroads. etc. etc. etc.
