Pruden Georgia Light Artillery Battery

Seeking additional information on William H. Pruden's light artillery battery.

Scant information but what I am able to ascertain:

* Formed in Atlanta around May 1864
* Operated an 'Ironclad on Rail' called "McBeth". Believed to be responsible for nearly killing General Sherman on 12/10/1864 at Pooler's Station, Georgia.
(anyone with quality information on McBeth would be my eternal friend and receive a nice box of steaks from Omaha!)
* Pruden became the mayor of Dalton for several terms in the 1880s.

Thanks to all, in advance, if you are able to discover any pieces of information. This is for a research paper in my Civil War class.
