I don't have a digital camera but I'll try to find something to show it to ya. To describe it further the place where the horn should be, and you can tell it, the pommel was built for a horn, is a iron bolt with a hollow rectangle head. There is a metal cap the bolt goes through which shows, to me anyway, the saddle was built this way.
It could be a Grimsley but the Pommel shape makes me think of a Texas Saddle.
This rectangle head is perfect for check lines to travel through if you didn't have a rider. The saddle was covered in rawhide with the seat and D rings and pommel area covered in leather with a slight pattern around the leather.
